Our initial offer is a business consult: a 2–3 hour working session for $300, in which we review how your calls, leads and follow-up work today and give you a prioritized plan in writing. Additional services are quoted and agreed separately.
You book by phone or email. Payment is taken through our payment processor, Stripe, in U.S. dollars. We do not store full card numbers.
You may reschedule your consult free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Once the session has taken place, the fee is not refundable. If we have to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you another time or a full refund of any amount you paid.

We work to give you useful advice and working systems, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, such as a number of leads or sales.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
